Welcome to Ditzy Delights

Welcome to my blog, Ditzy Delights! I'm new to the blog community, as well as sharing on the internet other than using Facebook. I'll be using my blog to share the sweets I create in my own kitchen. These sweets will include cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, cheesecake pops, brownies, brownie pops, muffins, and any other little delights I feel like making! If you have any suggestions or would like me to make you something, please let me know :)
I would also like to thank my close friends who helped me choose the name "Ditzy Delights!" For those of you that personally know me, you know that fits me perfectly! And for those of you who don't know me yet, well... Let's just say you're in for a bit of a 'ditzy' ride!

Now for the exciting stuff! I've decided to post some pictures of things I've made in the past. Let me remind you, that none of these were practiced. They were completely baked, decorated, dipped, etc.. All on the day before, or the day they needed to be finished! So they are by far from perfection. But! I've had so much fun making them and seeing so many people so happy with them, that I want to continue this hobby! Anyway, I'll quit yip-yappin'.. You go on and take a look for yourself! :) Be nice with your comments!

First ever homemade batch (yep, no box) of cupcakes! Also upside down brownie cupcakes on the right. So delish!
(Excuse the horrible food photography! Pretty sure this was taken on my old Blackberry)

My Daughter's 2nd Birthday : Ladybugs!
(I made everything except her smash cake. Which means I made literally every cake pop, cupcake, and decoration..... Okay well I totally had help with the decorations! Thank you Mom, Heidi, and mom's Cricut!)

My best friend's daughter's 4th Birthday : Spongebob !
(These were a test of my sanity and patience. Not sure I passed the sanity part, and I barely, and I mean bare-LY, passed the patience part..) Again, first time I made these. The one on the left made some people cringe, so I left the 'teeth' out of the rest :)

One of my good gal friend's birthday : White chocolate cheesecake pops! And then dipped in a raspberry sauce.
Darnit, didn't take a picture of the sauce. These were ridiculously yummy!
Everyone loved them at her party :)
